We are seeking a skilled PHP Backend Developer to join our Checkout team. Responsibilities:
 

• Develop and maintain backend features for an e-commerce platform.
• Implement new functionalities within the Magento 2 ecosystem.
• Work closely with a distributed team to build scalable and efficient solutions.
• Ensure code quality, maintainability, and automation best practices.
• Keep up with industry trends and emerging technologies.

Requirements:
 

• 2+ years of experience working with Magento 2.
• Strong proficiency in PHP, MySQL, and backend development best practices.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English (spoken and written).
• A proactive and independent approach to problem-solving.
• Experience working in a remote team environment.

Nice to Have:
 

• Understanding of GraphQL.
• Experience using Xdebug and PHPStorm for debugging.
• Familiarity with Git and version control workflows.
• Knowledge of Scrum methodology.
• Exposure to Docker and Kubernetes for containerized environments.
• Experience with Golang and microservices architecture.
