Overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Project Manager with expertise in managing autonomous system projects. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in project management with experience in the government sector, demonstrating exceptional leadership, strategic planning, and communication skills to successfully oversee and deliver complex solutions.
 

You will collaborate with cross-functional engineering and product teams in the UA and Switzerland to understand performance requirements and customer expectations. You will be a champion of quality ensuring our products meet the highest standards by working onsite with the manufacturing teams to set up the production lines and test fixtures. Your role involves managing project timelines, budgets, and resources to deliver products on schedule and within budget.
 

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • You will focus your time on project planning and execution. Developing comprehensive project plans, defining scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
  • In order to do this, you will effectively coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of defense projects.
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments and develop mitigation Anticipating potential challenges and proactively addressing issues to minimize project risks.
  • You will lead and motivate a multidisciplinary project team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
  • Collaborate with clients, government agencies and other key stakeholders to provide project status, updates, and milestones, as well as addressing concerns and inquiries.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring financial objectives are met by optimizing resource allocation to maximize efficiency and project outcomes.
  • Implement and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices.
  • Assist the Project Delivery Lead, UA, in establishing applicable best practices, policies, and procedures for operating in the government sector.
  • Lead company`s product realization projects in the UA from concept to launch.
  • Work directly with OEM manufacturing teams to transition product designs from prototype to production.
  • Develop project plans, schedules, and Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement strategies to ensure project success.
  • Develop test plans, protocols, and procedures to validate product functionality, reliability, and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Analyze test results, identify issues, and implement design improvements as needed.
  • Provide technical support, resolve manufacturing issues, and optimize production processes to meet quality, cost, and schedule targets.
  • Ensure smooth ramp-up and scale-up of manufacturing operations.
     

Qualifications and Skills:

  • 3+ years of experience in leading manufacturing operations projects.
  • Experience working with and delivering robotic systems preferably UAS.
  • Strong technical background in electronics manufacturing operations, and quality assurance.
  • Basic Python scripting experience is a plus.
  • Familiarity with ECAD and PCB design software, such as Altium is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to keep a global team fully informed.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in project management tools and software.
  • Upper-Intermediate level of English or higher
     

Work format/type of the contract

Full-time office/hybrid work from the office in Pecherskyi District, Kyiv. The company offers official employment.
