Who are we looking for?

We are looking for an "independent fighting unit" who is ready to join our Team and start working together on our projects immediately or after training.

 

Tasks?

Your tasks will focus on the skills and expectations listed below and the use of new approaches and skills.

 

What will be your responsibilities?

  • Explore lead contact information;
  • Process and filter lists of relevant companies;
  • Creation of a database of leads for processing by a sales manager;
  • Close work with LinkedIn (connection and distribution of potential customers);
  • Work with various online tools and databases to enrich leads;
  • Record all lead data in the database;
  • Sending potential customers by e-mail (communication and connecting them to the seller).

 

Search for new leads and work with them to convert them into clients

Lead may use any kind of services/tips/source to find people who need help with development to get the first contact and start working

 

Skills:

- Ability to develop and implement lead generation strategies using Upwork, LinkedIn, and Email outreach to identify and attract potential clients;

- Experience with automated lead generation services;

- Experience in client search on Upwork and similar platforms: creating and managing the company profile, participating in tenders, writing proposals, and understanding project filtering for bidding;

- LinkedIn utilization:

  - Proficiency with Sales Navigator.

  - Experience in building a contact base according to a specified ICP.

  - Ability to bypass or extend LinkedIn limits.

  - Creating sequential email chains tailored to the ICP.

  - Communicating with leads to schedule meetings.

- Email outreach:

  - Prepare and organize domains for future outreach.

  - Building an email database according to a specified ICP.

  - Developing email sequences.

  - Analysis and optimization: continuously analyze campaign results and optimize them.

  - Collaboration with the sales team: transferring qualified leads to the sales team and maintaining communication to increase conversion.

  - Ability to plan work metrics and report results.

 

Key Performance Indicator (KPI):

- The lead was transferred to the sales department according to ICP.

 

Requirements:

- Work experience:

  - Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Lead Generation Manager.

  - Knowledge of platforms: experience with Upwork, Clutch, Crunchbase, LinkedIn, and email marketing tools.

- Communication skills:

  - Excellent written communication skills in English eagerness to communicate, and interest in people.

- Analytical skills:

  - Ability to analyze data, numbers, and graphs and draw conclusions to improve lead generation strategy.

  - Understanding of B2B sales operations/experience in them.

- Organizational skills:

  - High self-organization and ability to work systematically in a remote mode.

- Creativity and initiative:

  - Ability to generate new ideas and approaches to client acquisition.

 

 

Required Skills:

  • English ะก1 or higher;
  • Basic lead-generation process know-how;
  • Willingness to work in sales;
  • Result-oriented;
  • Self-motivated;
  • Self-organized.

 

Would be a plus:

  • Experience in IT;
  • Understanding of the seventh basics of IT technology;
  • Experience in communicating with foreign business people.
