Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) Offline

 Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) for a FinTech PSP product company, which is a part of a global holding.  The company offers payment solutions to high-risk businesses (gambling, betting, iGaming, forex). The company provides access to a wide range of international payment methods. 

Main markets - Tier  -1,2, 3 

Departments - sales, account,  commercial department, etc.

The company size - up to 80  people

Work type - Fully remote job from any country 

Location - Office in Kyiv, fully remote job from any country.

 

Requirements:

  • Еxperience as a Chief Commercial Officer or in a similar position ( Head of Sales) in  Fintech (PSP) product
  • Proven experience in the PSP industry with a deep understanding of payment solutions. 
  • Strong expertise in building and restructuring sales teams from the ground up or improving existing structures. 
  • Experience in developing and executing commercial strategies and roadmaps.
  • A results-driven mindset with a strong focus on process optimization and sales performance. 
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills to motivate and develop sales teams. 
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making abilities. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive commercial strategy to drive revenue growth.
  • Audit and optimize the sales department by assessing the performance of sales and account managers, ensuring efficiency and scalability. 
  • Define and execute a sales roadmap, setting clear objectives and KPIs. 
  • Analyze and optimize the performance of existing sales managers, enhancing their effectiveness.\
  • Establish efficient sales processes and workflows to improve conversion rates. 
  • Identify new market opportunities and build relationships with key industry partners.
  • Work closely with product, marketing, and operations teams to align commercial goals with business strategy.
