UX/UI Designer Offline

Interview stages:

Requirements:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Product design.

- High proficiency in Figma for wire framing, prototyping, and collaborative design work.

- Proficiency in User testing tools.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Passion for acquiring knowledge about new technologies and tools.

Nice to have:

- Strong spoken and written English skills.

- Knowledge of web development best practices, including performance optimization, SEO, and accessibility.

- Familiarity with Node.js and backend development.

Key responsibilities:

- Lead the design of new product designs from start to finish — turning concepts into fully realized, functional solutions.
- Improve user experience through research, identifying needs and pain points. Use insights to shape strategies and refine UX/UI with team collaboration.
- Conduct usability tests to validate designs, gather feedback, and refine solutions.

-  This role is highly autonomous — you’ll report to the CEO, but you’ll manage your workload. You’ll be responsible for strategizing, planning, and handling the day-to-day development needs.

- Being able to juggle multiple tasks at once is essential, and strong organizational skills are key.
