The Head of Project Management will lead Modern Expo’s Out of Home Solutions Business Unit by developing and executing strategies that enhance project delivery, foster cross-department collaboration, and align with long-term organizational goals. This role is instrumental in scaling the organization’s capabilities across its diverse portfolio and international operations.

 

What you’ll be working on:

  • Lead project teams in delivering strategic objectives aligned with Modern Expo’s OOH Solutions portfolio.
  • Foster a collaborative environment among the company’s departments and international offices.
  • Drive innovation in product and service delivery through continuous feedback loops and workshops with teams (retrospective, pyramid principle training, working backwards etc.).
  • Ensure that all projects adhere to budget, timeline, and quality benchmarks.

 

Preferred requirements for this role:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in leading complex projects within production, software deployment, R&D industries (experience in logistics or related industries will be a benefit).
  • Strong background in project management with certifications such as PMP or Prince2 being a must.
  • Strong understanding of hardware production and software solutions, and their integration into customers projects deployment.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams.
  • Experience working in multicultural environments and managing international teams.
  • Willingness to drive continuous learning and quality of communications within Modern Expo.
  • С1 English proficiency (both written and spoken).
  • Availability to be based in Lutsk — Modern Expo’s Headquarters
  • Pyramid principle and Working Backwards practical experience being an advantage.
