We are seeking a skilled professional for the Payment Manager  position. The ideal candidate will have experience in the industry, be organized and motivated, and we guarantee a pleasant atmosphere with growth opportunities. Additionally, we offer competitive compensation and exciting bonuses.

 

What you need to do:

  • Search and integration of payment providers (PSPs) at Tier1.
  • Testing payment methods.
  • Conducting competitor analysis.
  • Monitoring and optimization of payment conversion.
  • Monitoring conversion rates of payment providers.
  • Solving emerging problems in the process of interaction with payment providers.
  • Active monitoring of profitability and overall performance of various payment providers.
  • Constant monitoring of the payment processing process, prompt response to emerging problems and their elimination.
  • Prompt elimination of technical failures and other problems affecting Acceptance Rate.
  • Fraud monitoring and prevention.

 

What hard skills do you need to have:

  • Experience in payment operations in the iGaming industry (Tier 1 market) of one year or more.
  • Ability to work with log-file.
  • Deep understanding of online payment systems, integration with payment providers (PSPs) in the IGaming industry.
  • Ability to test payment methods. 
  • Strong understanding of payment processing, payment gateways, and merchant accounts. 
  • Familiarity with popular payment methods, including credit/debit cards, e-wallets, bank transfers, and cryptocurrencies.
  • As be a plus: experience in connecting payments for brands on Softswiss platform.
