Your area of responsibility:

• Analyzing, optimizing, and implementing sales processes using various tools while developing comprehensive sales plans and strategies;
• Managing the CRM system and providing regular reporting;
• Collaborating with the lead generation team, marketing department, and account managers;
• Testing new sales channels to drive growth;
• Participating in calls and roadshow meetings, as well as organizing the overall coordination of these event.

Skills and requirements:

• Over 5 years of experience in IT sales;
• Proven experience in lead generation and working with lead generation teams;
• Experience in both outsourcing and outstaffing models;
• Proficiency in CRM systems and their full implementation;
• Experience in setting up automated sales processes and reporting systems;
• Strong knowledge of LinkedIn and email marketing strategies;
• Proven experience in contract negotiations;
• Understanding of marketing principles and their application in sales strategies;
• Advanced level of English (written and spoken).

Will be a plus:

• Knowledge of another foreign language.
