Middle Product PM
Your goal will be to manage the development team, maintain the development process, handle the occurring problems, communicate with clients on project plans and on actual work results, and ensure overall project health and success.
Skills and qualifications are required:
- 3+ years of experience as a product PM role (Dev / QA technical background will be a plus (education, completed courses, etc.);
- in-depth knowledge of software development processes and procedures (including SDLC);
- experience in defining projects, gathering requirements, and coordinating efforts to limit the scope, schedule, and rollout of new feature sets;
- experience with Jira and Confluence, MS project;
- knowledge of Agile practices (Scrum, Kanban);
- excellent leadership qualities, effective communication and negotiation skills;
- risk management experience, organization and planning skills, initiative, and self-motivation;
- English: Intermediate or higher (written and spoken).
Duties and Responsibilities:
- to be the main contact person for the client on the project, сommunicate with the client about the project plan (long-term), estimates, planned sprint scope, actual sprint results, etc.;
- manage project teams and monitor teamwork;
- control the budget and scope of the project;
- process customer feedback regarding the overall development process, speed, quality, etc., solve issues communicated by the client together with the team;
- support the development process, organize and facilitate team meetings as part of this process;
- set up projects on Jira and Confluence, be responsible for them, and keep project assets and information in order;
- create high-level long-term project plans for the client;
- project risk management.
