Founding Engineer/Tech Lead

I'm currently searching for a tech lead/Founding engineer/co founder for my startup. We'll pay with wage + 1-3% equity in the company which then can grow. Ideally the person joins as a fonding engineer and if he/she shows extreme capabilities and effort then could even pass to a co founder position with way higher equity!

I’m looking for someone hungry for success, who loves entrepreneurship, startups, and has experience in full-stack development. You’ll help shape the product, strategy, and growth as a true partner.

The person must be fully dedicated into this product in order to make Alactive become the leader of the hospitality market!

Our stack is: Langgraph, Type Script, Python, JavaScript
