Business Development Manager Offline
We are currently looking for an Business Development Manager for a dynamic manufacturing company in the field of radio electronics. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining long-term client relationships, developing new business opportunities, and successfully executing sales plans to drive growth.
Key Responsibilities:
· Build and nurture long-term B2B client relationships, expanding business by acquiring new customers and enhancing partnerships with existing ones.
· Manage the full sales cycle – from prospecting and initial contact to contract closure, while offering tailored solutions that address client needs and challenges.
· Identify client requirements and collaborate with internal teams to develop solutions that meet those needs, ensuring value through our products and services.
· Collaborate closely with the Head of Sales, Product Management, and Technical teams to optimize sales strategies and enhance customer satisfaction.
· Maintain a high level of customer service, responding to client inquiries promptly and supporting them throughout the sales process.
Requirements:
· Extensive experience in Business Development, Account Management, Sales Management, or a similar role within the tech or hardware industry.
· Strong understanding of B2B sales, particularly in hardware.
· Advanced English (both written and spoken).
· Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage clients at all levels.
· Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
· Analytical mindset, with the ability to identify key client needs and propose the best solutions.
· Experience with CRM systems and sales tools is an advantage.
