PR Manager to $1800

We are seeking a talented and dedicated PR manager to develop and implement comprehensive PR strategies that align with the organization’s goals and objectives.   
A person who can think creatively and propose innovative approaches to PR strategies, focus on the result, and describe yourself with the term "problem solver".   

 

Requirements:  

 

  • Expertise conducted online/offline events, and formed their budget. 
  • Skills in working with various social networks and content development tools. 
  • Experience with Canva or Figma and video editors. 
  • Ability to organize and plan press conferences, image events, workshops, lectures, and preparation for the company's Strategic Sessions and business trips. 
  • Experience in improving employer branding and corporate culture. 
  • Experience with corporate branded products for employees and working with suppliers 
  • Experience in writing interesting and informative articles, promotional materials, news portals, and press releases. 
  • Upper-Intermediate level of English (both spoken and written) 

 

 

 

  Responsibilities: 

   

  • Strategic: Develop and implement comprehensive PR strategies for both internal and external branding initiatives to strengthen corporate culture and enhance the company’s public image. 
  • Media Relations and Partnerships: Establish and maintain relationships with media outlets, coordinate press releases, and organize interviews with executives to increase visibility and build credibility in industry publications. 
  • Event Management (Internal and External): Plan and execute internal events (team-building activities, recognition ceremonies, holiday celebrations, and educational sessions, to build a sense of community and boost morale.) and external events (industry conferences, webinars) to reinforce company culture and increase brand presence in the market. 
  • Content Development: 

External: Collaborate with marketing and design teams to create engaging external content, including blog posts, social media updates, and articles, which showcase the company’s strengths and appeal to potential employees and clients. 

Internal: Produce and distribute internal newsletters, news digests, and thematic communications that keep employees informed and aligned with company goals and initiatives. 

Employee Stories and Updates: Collaborate with HR and various teams to collect and share employee stories, department highlights, and project successes, creating a sense of pride and unity within the organization. 

  • Change Management Communications: Develop communication plans to support organizational changes, explaining their purpose and expected outcomes to help employees understand and adapt to new processes with minimal stress. 
  • Reputation Management and Crisis Response: Monitor media and social channels for brand mentions, respond to feedback and comments, and develop crisis response plans to mitigate reputational risks and maintain a positive brand image. 
  • Diversity and Inclusion (DEI) and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Support: Lead initiatives related to corporate social responsibility and diversity, equity, and inclusion, such as charity events and DEI campaigns, to enhance the company’s reputation as a responsible and inclusive employer. 
  • Visual Branding: Collaborate with design teams to create branded visuals, merchandise, and decor that reflect the company’s values and enhance both internal engagement and external brand recognition. 
  • Performance Analysis: Track and evaluate the success of PR campaigns and events using key metrics (e.g., publication reach, social media engagement, employee participation), report findings, and make data-driven improvements to enhance future initiatives. 
  • Working with influencers and opinion leaders in our industry (Search for ambassadors for the company. Promotion of the company's ambassadors at professional (non-professional) events) 
  • Promotion of the brand through submissions for various awards, nominations 
  • Work with clients - congratulating clients on holidays or important events (merchandise or similar) 
  • Social media

Social Media Strategy and Execution: Oversee and manage all social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Glassdoor, DOU, Instagram, Facebook and Google. Strategically plan, create, and publish content that reflects our brand voice and meets business objectives. 

Content Planning and Performance Reporting: Develop and maintain a comprehensive social media content calendar, monitor key performance metrics, and analyze data insights to optimize content strategies for improved results.
