Email Marketing Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Email Marketing Specialist to develop and implement email marketing strategies within the online casino industry. The candidate will be responsible for creating effective email campaigns, automating customer communications, and analyzing results to enhance user engagement and retention.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement email marketing strategies, including content creation and promotional material design.
2. Set up and manage automated email sequences using Customer.io.
3. Segment databases and personalize messages for different audiences.
4. Analyze the effectiveness of email campaigns and provide recommendations for optimization.
5. Ensure email campaigns comply with current standards and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• Experience in email marketing, preferably within the online casino or iGaming sector.
• Proficiency with Customer.io and other email marketing tools.
• Skills in HTML and CSS for creating and editing email templates.
• Ability to analyze data and provide reports on key metrics.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with SMS campaigns using MessageWhiz.
• Skills in creating and maintaining chatbots for Telegram and websites.
• Experience in setting up and managing web push notifications via OneSignal.
