Senior Symfony PHP Developer

Responsibilities
 

• Work closely with the client to design and refine architecture solutions that align with project goals.
 

• Ensure technical decisions meet business requirements and are effectively communicated to all stakeholders.
 

• Collaborate with another lead developer to implement architecture solutions efficiently.
 

• Maintain clear communication with the team to ensure alignment, resolve blockers, and drive progress.
 

• Actively participate in coding and reviewing solutions, ensuring high-quality implementation of architectural decisions.
 

• Optimize workflows and problem-solve technical challenges alongside the development team.

Backend Developer Requirements (Condensed)
 

1. PHP Expertise
 

• Solid proficiency with modern PHP and coding best practices.
 

• Ability to develop efficient, maintainable solutions.
 

2. Symfony Framework
 

• Proven experience building applications using Symfony’s core components.
 

• Familiarity with bundles, routing, and dependency injection.
 

3. Database: PostgreSQL & Doctrine ORM
 

• Competence in designing efficient database schemas.
 

• Experience with Doctrine for mapping, querying, and managing entities.
 

4. RESTful API Development
 

• Capability to design, implement, and document robust RESTful services.
 

• Understanding of data serialization and API lifecycle management.
 

5. AWS (S3, SQS, SNS, ECS)
 

• Experience with cloud storage (S3) and messaging services (SQS, SNS).
 

• Knowledge of container deployment and management on ECS.
 

6. Docker & Basic Orchestration
 

• Hands-on experience containerizing applications with Docker.
 

• Fundamental understanding of orchestration tools for scaling and service management.
