Business Analyst (BSS)

We are looking for a candidate for the Business Analyst position to join a foreign telecom operator project.

Responsibilities

• Analysis of the business needs of the internal/external customer, taking into account possible limitations and developing the solution architecture
• Expert evaluation of the customer’s project documentation (briefs, concepts, etc.)
• Agreement of requirements between the internal/external customer and other parties to the process
• Design of technical solutions and managing their life cycle
• Modeling of business processes and developing a solution model
• Planning and organizing testing of solutions by the customer
• Preparation of technical documentation (functional/non-functional requirements), user instructions

• Preparation of orders within the company for performing work on IT platforms

   

Requirements

• Higher education
• Experience as a business or system analyst in IT projects for at least 5 years
• Experience in telecom with Billing, Online Charging, Order Management systems
• Understanding REST architecture, basics of DBMS
• Professional knowledge of UML notation
• Experience working with Jira, Confluence
• Strong skills in working with SQL queries
• Analytical thinking, ability to formalize and document business requirements within the framework of a project/task
• Upper Intermediate or Advanced English level
