UI/UX designer Offline
‼️We are looking for a mid-level UX/UI Designer to join our team!‼️
In this role, you will be responsible for crafting cohesive user journeys and visually compelling interfaces while ensuring design consistency across our products. You will play a key role in shaping user experiences by collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, and other teams to deliver intuitive and engaging experiences.
For the perfect match you should have:
- Strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI design skills
- 3+ years of experience in a UX/UI design role
- Proficiency in design tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Pixel-perfect attention o detail and high-quality output
- Ability o work independently and collaboratively
- Experience working in Agile environments, demonstrating strong collaboration and organizational skills o ensure smooth execution and team alignment
- Degree in UX/UI Design, HCI, Graphic Design, or related field preferred
Relevant certifications or equivalent hands-on experience considered
Even better if you have:
- Experience designing for native apps (iOS & Android)
Experience with advanced prototyping tools
Your typical tasks will include:
- Lead design initiatives from research o implementation, including user flows, wireframing, prototyping, UI delivery, and design QA.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders o create user-centered experiences while balancing business goals.
- Manage multiple design initiatives in parallel, ensuring timely and high-quality design execution.
- Maintain and evolve the design system, ensuring consistency and scalability across all products.
- Stay up o date with the latest UX/UI trends, applying best practices to enhance usability and aesthetics.
- Effectively communicate design concepts, interactions, and prototypes to stakeholders and development teams.
- Analyze and synthesize user research findings, providing actionable insights to improve the user experience.
- Participate in design reviews, giving and receiving constructive feedback to elevate the overall product experience.
Document and organize design work clearly, ensuring seamless cross-functional collaboration and knowledge sharing
