Senior Salesforce Developer Offline

We seek a Senior Salesforce Developer to join one of our projects on a part-time basis. 

- part-time availability (approximately 15hrs per week); 

- the client is a service company that provides development services/consulting services for franchise businesses. They develop/adopt software for each client.

- flexible schedule, with the availability to attend calls with the client (USA time zone);

- fully remote;

- contract cooperation.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Salesforce development and migrations.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data architecture and workflows.
• Proficiency in Salesforce customization, automation, and integration.
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and adapt to evolving project requirements.
• Experience with data mapping, cleansing, and validation during migrations.

Responsibilities:

Assist with the migration from one Salesforce instance to another. This role involves ensuring a seamless transition of business-critical data while maintaining data integrity and system functionality. 

• Perform all necessary tasks to successfully migrate the Salesforce instance.
• Ensure the smooth migration of franchisee accounts, tickets, and related data.
• Maintain data integrity and accuracy throughout the migration process.
• Implement necessary workflows and automation in the target Salesforce environment.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance functionality based on business needs.
