Sales Operations
Key Responsibilities
๐น 1. Email Deliverability & Outreach Optimization
- Ensure high inbox placement rates for cold emails by managing email warming, SPF/DKIM/DMARC settings, and domain reputation monitoring
- Analyze email engagement data (open rates, bounce rates, spam complaints) and optimize email cadences accordingly
- Work with SDRs/AEs to A/B test subject lines, messaging, and send times to improve response rates
Manage & optimize email automation tools (Reply.io, Instantly.ai, Lemlist, or similar)
๐น 2. Lead Generation & ICP Data Automation
- Automate prospect list building using databases like Apollo.io, Seamless.ai, ZoomInfo
- Develop data enrichment processes to ensure SDRs/AEs are targeting high-value accounts
- Set up workflows to gather, clean, and distribute ICP data to the sales team on a daily/weekly basis
- Monitor LinkedIn Sales Navigator and iGaming industry reports, and databases to identify new target accounts
๐น 3. CRM & Reporting Automation (Pipedrive)
- Optimize Pipedrive CRM workflows for tracking SDR & AE outreach activity (emails sent, calls made, meetings booked)
- Automate real-time dashboard reporting (outreach success rates, pipeline health, deal status)
Integrate Slack notifications for important deal updates & SDR performance insights
๐น 4. Multi-Channel Sales Tech Stack Expansion
- Enhance SDR/AE LinkedIn automation (Expandi.io, Waalaxy) for connection requests & messaging
- Integrate WhatsApp & Telegram outreach (WATI, TG-Export) to connect with decision-makers in iGaming, Crypto, and FinTech
Work with marketing to establish a social listening tool (Brand24, Mention) to monitor industry trends and capture warm inbound leads
๐น 5. Sales Enablement & Industry Benchmarking
- Research competitor pricing, sales tactics, industry benchmarks, and conversion rates to provide strategic insights for sales leadership
- Develop 1-page sales collateral (SEO benchmarks, competitor comparisons, case studies) for SDRs/AEs to share with prospects
Create training materials & best practice playbooks to onboard new SDRs efficiently
๐น 6. Social Media Monitoring & Lead Identification
- Identify and set up a social media monitoring service that highlights relevant keyword mentions across various platforms (forums, LinkedIn, Twitter, Telegram, Discord, Reddit, etc.)
- Automate keyword alerts and push insights into Slack, notifying SDRs/AEs of potential leads in real-time
- Integrate this lead flow into Pipedrive so that SDRs/AEs can engage quickly with warm prospects
๐ Qualifications & Requirements

2+ years experience in Sales Operations, RevOps, or similar

Hands-on experience with Pipedrive, Apollo.io, or ZoomInfo
โ
Strong understanding of email deliverability & automation tools (Reply.io, Lemlist, Instantly.ai, etc.)

Experience integrating sales outreach tools (LinkedIn automation, WhatsApp/Telegram outreach)

Excellent data analysis skills (Google Sheets, CRM dashboards, analytics tools)

Knowledge of iGaming, FinTech, Crypto, or SaaS sales is a big plus

Strong problem-solving mindset with an ability to optimize and automate sales workflows
