Email Marketing Specialist (Klaviyo)
We seek an experienced Email Marketing Specialist with deep expertise in Klaviyo to lead the development and execution of email marketing campaigns for large-scale e-commerce and service businesses.
You will drive revenue growth through email and SMS channels, leveraging Klaviyo’s advanced capabilities. You will manage large subscriber databases (over 500k+ contacts), develop strategic solutions, and oversee the creation of impactful campaigns. The position involves close collaboration with clients and coordinating efforts with designers, copywriters, and technical teams.

Requirements:
- Proven 3+ years of experience in email marketing, with a strong focus on e-commerce
- Deep expertise in Klaviyo, including automation workflows, segmentation, A/B testing, analytics, and integrations
- Proficiency in analyzing campaign performance metrics and deriving actionable insights
- Ability to develop and execute data-driven email strategies tailored to client goals
- Experience with advanced segmentation and personalization techniques to optimize campaign relevance and performance
- Proven ability to juggle multiple projects
- English — Upper Intermediate and higher
Will be a plus:
Familiarity with HTML/CSS for email design
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement comprehensive email marketing strategies tailored to client needs, focusing on engagement, retention, and sales growth
- Plan, create, and execute email campaigns using Klaviyo, including newsletters, promotional emails, and automated workflows
- Collaborate with designers and copywriters to produce compelling email content that aligns with brand messaging and client goals
- Develop advanced segmentation strategies to deliver highly personalized and relevant content to target audiences
- Monitor key performance metrics (e.g., open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates) and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement
- Work closely with clients to understand their goals and provide strategic recommendations for their email marketing initiatives
- Mentor junior team members as the department grows and contribute to building a high-performing email marketing team
