Quantitative UX researcher Offline

We are looking for a quantitative UX Researcher to join our Product Research team! You will be responsible for conducting scalable user experience research, analyzing data, and creating insights that will drive innovative solutions. You will be part of a team that strives to understand and improve user experience using modern quantitative methods.

Responsibilities and Duties

— Be the champion of quantitative research to drive strategy, roadmap, and delivery of insights and tracking of test research user behaviors and attitudes
— Conduct end-to-end UX Research — from foundational research to advising product direction, all the way to the concept and testing
— Translate design goals and strategy into research opportunities. Have a robust understanding of User-Centered approach in developing products
— Lead communication and collaboration with partner agencies and consultants, including consumer insights, data science, design, product/program management, etc
— Be responsible for writing questionnaires, presentation of reports and developing graphs when required
— Be accountable for ensuring research outputs are thorough, high quality and meet the established standards and guidelines

Qualifications and Skills

— 3+ years of industry UX Research experience with a proven track record of conducting quantitative Research projects as shown in a project portfolio
— Extended experience in stakeholder facilitation and ability to translate business/product needs into research questions. Strong capacity to build and sustain internal and external collaborations
— Experience creating questionnaires and programming in applying complex logic
— You are a master at writing reports, including for complex quantitative-qualitative studies
— Working experience with data sets, creating tables, data visualization, creating charts
— Understanding of statistical methods, tools, and frameworks for data processing
— A robust understanding of industry-standard research methods, evaluative methods (e.g., concept testing, tree testing, etc.)
— Experience with variety of quantitative research methods (like factor, cluster analysis; conjoint analysis (CBC, MaxDiff, Turf); U&A; segmentation; Concept testing; Preference studies; A/B testing (preferable))
— Experience with survey tools, such as Qualtrics, Typeform, Centercode, Google Forms, or alternatives
— Extensive experience providing deep insights through compelling visualization and storytelling through data
— Familiarity with data visualization concepts and experience working with relevant tools (e.g., Tableau)
— At least Upper-Intermediate level of spoken and written English
