Job Description

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• Mulesoft Experience: Proven expertise and current knowledge in integrating systems using Mulesoft Anypoint Platform with CloudHub.
  Demonstrable Experience: Candidate will have 3+ years hands-on experience designing and implementing integrations using Mulesoft and API development, ideally within the financial services or similar regulated industries.
• Industry Standard Integration Patterns: Expert knowledge of integration patterns such as API-led connectivity, service orchestration, and event-driven architectures.
• Object-oriented programming languages: Strong proficiency in Java, JavaScript, or Python, with the ability to write clean, efficient, and secure code.
• Experience with relational databases: SQL and Data Lake storage
• Knowledge and hands-on experience with API technologies: OpenAPI Specification, RAML, WSDL, XML Schema, and SOAP UI.
• Independent/Team Leadership: Experience working independently on large-scale Mulesoft projects or leading a team of developers, ensuring successful delivery of integration solutions.
• CI/CD Pipeline Development: Strong experience in building and implementing CI/CD pipelines for Anypoint integrations using tools such as ADO or Copado.
• Testing & Debugging: Proficiency in integration testing techniques for Mulesoft, with hands-on experience in unit testing, functional testing, and performance testing.
• Related System Experience (Preferred): Prior experience working with the Fenergo onboarding platform, Salesforce, Box.com, Inacct or HazelTree is highly desirable but not required.
• Mulesoft Certification (Preferred): Mulesoft Certified Developer or Architect level certification is a ‘nice to have’ but not a requirement for the role.

Job Responsibilities

• Integration Design and Development: Design and develop integrations between the Fenergo onboarding platform and downstream finance systems, ensuring the integrations are robust, cost effective and adhere to industry-standard integration patterns and Mulesoft best practices.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with project architects, business analysts, to understand requirements and translate them into effective integration solutions.
• CI/CD Pipeline Development: Design, build, and implement CI/CD pipelines for Mulesoft Anypoint integrations, ensuring automated deployment, testing, and monitoring across the integration lifecycle.
• Testing & Quality Assurance: Develop and execute tests to validate integration solutions, ensuring reliability, performance, and compliance with the business requirements.
• Documentation: Provide clear and concise documentation for all integration designs, development processes, and testing protocols to ensure effective communication across the team.
