Chief Marketing Officer

Gotoinc is looking for a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) in our Marketing team!

Our candidate’s profile:

  • You have at least 5 years of experience in similar positions;
  • At least an Upper-Intermediate level of English; 
  • Experience in outsourcing, agencies in IT with healthcare, fintech, and education fields;
  • Experience in building LinkedIn as a lead generation channel from scratch; 
  • Experience in leading small teams;
  • Experience in budgeting, planning, and risk management;
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, as well as organizational and time-management skills.

 

What your responsibilities will be? 

  • Building the system of Lead Generation from LinkedIn (priority), Upwork, Dribble, and the corporate website;
  • Regular research and investigation of approaches to get new clients and reporting of the result;
  • Regular work on market analysis, ICP development and BP development;
  • Retargeting leads, current clients, and previous clients;
  • Plan and execute marketing activities to generate warm calls with the ICP;
  • Increasing brand awareness using social media (Instagram - for potential employees, LinkedIn, Dribbble, Facebook, corporate website);
  • Develop and maintain marketing campaigns for key clients, such as holiday gifts, client appreciation events, and email campaigns targeting current and previous clients;
  • Create and update marketing materials to establish trust and credibility with potential clients;
  • Develop and keep an updated pack of marketing materials for each service line; 
  • Regularly update the corporate portfolio to showcase the company’s offerings;
    Help potential customers understand the company’s value proposition, processes, and problem-solving capabilities;
  • Support the professional branding of employees by creating code samples, articles, landing pages, and managing accounts on platforms such as GitHub and Upwork;
  • Managing marketing team: SMM and Lead Generator Managers (PDPs, JIs, SOPs, Performance/Salaries reviews).
