QA Automation/Manual engineer (Security domain)

Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough testing of our SaaS application using RainforestQA and other testing tools and frameworks to identify bugs, defects, and usability issues.
• Create and execute detailed test plans and test cases for all aspects of the software are thoroughly evaluated.
• Collaborate closely with the development team to communicate bugs and issues effectively and ensure timely resolution.
• Continuously monitor and report on the progress of testing activities, including test coverage, test results, and overall quality metrics.
• Maintain and update test cases in RainforestQA.
• Adapt quickly to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

• At least an Upper-Intermediate level of English
• 3+ years of experience in quality assurance, software testing, or a related role.
• Experience with JavaScript and Cypress.
• Familiarity with Rainforest QA or other QA automation tools.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, testing methodologies, and best practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Effective communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus.
