Product Designer in the Web3 or blockchain space Offline

We are seeking a talented Senior Product Designer to help the team create a unparalled user experience for the next wave of web3 and crypto adopters.

 

What you’ll be doing:

  • Identify User Needs and Conduct Research: Analyze user requirements, conduct research, and perform usability testing to craft data-driven, user-centered solutions that drive the creation of impactful features.
  • Design, prototype, and collaborate: Create wireframes that inspire collaboration with Product Managers, Engineers, and Marketing teams, seamlessly translating user needs, business goals, and technical constraints into cutting-edge design solutions.
  • Develop User Flows & Architecture: Design user flows and information architecture for seamless navigation and interactions with blockchain applications.
  • Maintain a Cohesive Design System: Contribute to the design system, ensuring visual and functional consistency across desktop and mobile platforms.
  • Stay Updated on Trends: Keep up with Web3 industry trends and best practices to enhance the user experience of our products and services.
  • Lead Complex Design Challenges: Drive the end-to-end resolution of complex design problems, turning user insights and data into innovative solutions.

 

What you will need:

  • Proven experience in product design, particularly in the Web3 or blockchain space.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality user experiences and visual design work.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present and advocate for design decisions to the team.
  • Passion for user-centered design principles and a deep understanding of UX and UI.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.

 

Bonus points:

  • Active user of investment applications or other fintech apps.
  • You’ll ideally come from Web3.
  • Experience in creating and maintaining a design system.
  • Experience integrating qualitative and quantitative data into projects.
  • Experience with working in a distributed team.
  • Degree in Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
