Project Manager

REQUIREMENTS: 

• 3+ years of experience managing software development projects. 
• Proven experience working with business applications and B2B projects. 
• Proven skills in requirement analysis and handling multiple projects simultaneously. 
• Experience working with clients from the US and Europe. 
• Upper-Intermediate or higher proficiency in spoken and written English. 
• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban). 
• Strong understanding of SDLC. 
• Excellent communication skills for explaining complex ideas clearly. 
• Strong problem-solving and conflict management abilities. 
• Balanced focus on processes and results. 
• Experience or knowledge in change management and stakeholder management. 
• Solid grasp of risk management. 
• Ability to devise innovative solutions to challenges. 
• Experience with any CRM is a bonus 

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Plan, organize, and motivate teams to ensure effective project delivery. 
• Handle operational activities, including release and sprint planning, serving as Scrum Master. 
• Report project status to stakeholders, providing high-level insights into client perspectives, team dynamics, and business development. 
• Develop and maintain project documentation (charter, plans, risk registers, meeting minutes, etc.). 
• Proactively manage risks and address potential issues. 
• Facilitate team meetings and ensure effective communication. 
• Gather, analyze, and manage stakeholder requirements, aligning with their expectations. 
• Build and maintain strong, long-term stakeholder relationships.
