Analyst

We are looking for an Analyst who will analyze business process performance, detect anomalies, and work on optimizing workflows. This role involves identifying inefficiencies, tracking anomalies, and improving workflows to ensure smooth operations and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business process performance, identify inefficiencies, behavior patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
• Monitor and investigate anomalies, tracking deviations caused by seasonal trends, technical issues, or operational changes, and conduct root cause analysis.
• Develop and optimize process models, ensuring efficiency, automation, and alignment with business objectives using BPMN and data-driven insights.
• Build dashboards and reports to visualize KPIs, SLAs, and trends using tools like Tableau/Superset to support data-driven decision-making.
• Apply process optimization methodologies like Lean and Kaizen, and conduct root cause analysis using tools like 5 Whys and Fishbone diagrams.

What We Expect from You

• 2+ years of experience in business process or data analytics.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Superset, Power BI).
• Familiarity with BPMN or other process modeling techniques.
• Strong knowledge of process optimization, applying Lean/Kaizen, and conducting root cause analysis (e.g., 5 Whys, Fishbone).
• Ability to detect anomalies, analyze trends, and optimize workflows.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Nice to Have

• Experience with A/B testing and experimentation.
• Proficiency in SQL or Python.
• Hands-on experience with Jira or other anomaly tracking systems.
