Product/Data Analyst

We are looking for a Product/Data Analyst with 2+ years of experience in analytics, preferably (but not necessarily) in gaming or iGaming. The ideal candidate has strong SQL skills, experience with data visualization tools (Power BI or Tableau), and expertise in user behavior and product performance analysis. 

In this role, you will analyze key metrics, conduct A/B tests, and provide insights to optimize product metrics. An important part of this role is building and maintaining dashboards in Power BI, integrating data from MS SQL, MongoDB, Google Analytics, and ensuring data accuracy and consistency across multiple sources.   

Experience 

• 2+ years of experience in data analytics or product analytics 
• Previous experience in a data-driven role within gaming, or a digital product environment is a plus. 

Required skills 

 Strong SQL skills for querying and analyzing large datasets. 

• Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI , Tableau). 
• Proven experience in conducting A/B tests, interpreting results, and making recommendations. 
• Knowledge of analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Amplitude, Mixpanel, etc.). 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to find optimal and creative solutions. 
• Strong background in data modeling and predictive analytics techniques. 
• Good communication and presentation skills. 

  Responsibilities  

• Analyze user behavior, engagement trends, and conversion metrics to identify growth opportunities. 
• Plan, execute, and analyze A/B tests to optimize product performance and enhance user experience. 
• Conduct cohort analysis, retention analysis, and segmentation to optimize product metrics. 
• Provide actionable recommendations to improve product funnel and key product metrics. 
• Develop predictive models to forecast unit economics, analyze and optimize unit economics. 
• Process ad hoc requests from product and marketing teams, providing quick insights to support strategic decisions. 
• Build new and maintain existing dashboards and reports based on Power BI from different data sources, such as MS SQL, MongoDB, Google Analytics; 
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across multiple sources. 
• Collaborate with developers to improve data and database structures.
