Junior ERP Consultant for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Offline

Therefore, we are currently expanding our project team and inviting candidates for the position of Junior Consultant on implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central ERP solution.

This vacancy will definitely interest you if you want to develop in the field of IT solutions implementation and already have a good background in related areas (finance, audit, logistics, implementation of other IT solutions, etc.).

About the ERP system: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC/NAV/Navision) is one of the world's most popular ERP systems, a comprehensive solution for financial accounting and business process automation. In ERP Consultant role, your key tasks will be:

1. Participation in Business Central implementation and support projects:

• Communication with clients. Conducting meetings, communicating with clients to capture their business processes.
• Business analysis. Describing and analysing the recorded customer business processes in order to setup them in Business Central.
• Work with ERP system and other Microsoft solutions. Configuring and setup of Business Central system functionality and of Microsoft Power BI platform.
• Document preparation. Creating project documentation, preparing technical tasks for the development team, coordinating and finalizing documents with clients.
• Testing. Ensuring the provided functionality satisfies customer needs and requirements.
• Customer support during acceptance testing, deployment of new functions, start of operation (GoLive) and ongoing operations.

1. Training. Development and strengthening your competences, studying project methodology, passing Microsoft international certification.

Qualification requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in a related field – finance, audit, logistics, procurement, production process management, implementation of other IT solutions, etc.
• Knowledge of advanced Excel functions and/or database management systems.
• Higher education in economics, finance or IT.
• Languages: fluent Ukrainian, English – Upper-Intermediate or higher.

Nice to have: 

• Experience with ERP system functions as a user, for example, with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (or previous versions – NAV, Navision), Finance and Supply Chain Management (F&O/FO, AX, Axapta) or SAP, Oracle, etc.
• Experience in automating business processes.
