Requirements:
- Good knowledge of English (from the level upper- intermediate),

- Ability to learn fast,

- Experience in communicating with partners and community in Web3,

- Knowledge of crypto concepts. 
 

Responsibilities:

- Respond to comments and customer queries in a timely manner,
- Work with tickets in Intercom, 
- Stay up-to-date with crypto market technology trends,
