Essential:

- awareness of the Agile development methods and their approaching;

- experience working with business and data analysis tools

- great communication skills awareness of the nominal classification of non-functional requirements knowledge of standard notations: BPMN, UML;

- SMART requirements, INVEST user stories);

- understanding of project management methods (iterative and waterfall);

- establish responsible deadlines and personal work plans and manage time effectively;

- the ability to get the message across and relative to the audience;

- good knowledge of project lifecycle and delivery in a technical environment;

- understand project plans and ability to clearly articulate roles, project goals;

- Upper - intermediate English Level (desirable B1+);

- high levels of resilience, able to take input and direction to run with a task, works on own initiative.

 

Key responsibilities and accountabilities:

- take ownership of gathering and articulating user, business and technical requirements (both functional and non-functional), document accurately, to ensure all requirements that contribute to a business case and solution delivery are valid and traceable;

- managing the requirements and applying User Stories and Acceptance Criteria;

- elicitate, compose, complete, clarify and validate with the customer all requirements details against business needs end to end;

- collaborate and interact with the Client and Development team for solution design, and business justification to ensure there is a clear understanding of “what” change is being proposed and “why”;

- acquire in-depth knowledge of existing business processes and systems, documenting process models and task analysis, to identify areas for potential process improvement;

- build and maintain strong business relationships with all stakeholders and designated contacts, to share business system and domain knowledge;

- work closely with development Team and Client to provide project requirements updates, raising task blockers to facilitate business or technical decisions;

- work with business areas to define business benefits, creating Impact Maps and introducing measures to baseline, track and report progress against targets, to measure performance and values and analyze competitors;

- conduct demo sessions with Clients

 

Desirable:

- work experience at Discovery and Presale stages;

- awareness of Web/iOS/Android usability principles;

- work experience in the following areas: fintech, marketplace, health care;

- ability to work on several projects;

- experience with Jira, Confluence and other trackers understanding of client-server architecture.
