Operations Manager
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Manager to streamline and optimize business processes, monitor key operational metrics, and support cross-functional projects. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, experience in process optimization, and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders to drive efficiency across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
· Assist the COO in implementing and optimizing internal business processes.
· Oversee the implementation and integration of the ERP system and others.
· Establish and track performance metrics across all departments.
· Analyze operational data to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
· Coordinate and oversee cross-departmental projects and initiatives. · Manage relationships with vendors, oversee contracts, monitor service quality, and ensure vendor compliance.
· Support the COO in setting up and managing international office operations.
Requirements:
· Proven experience in managing multiple projects and ensuring timely execution.
· Advanced English proficiency: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Strong ability to review contracts, manage budgets, and oversee financial aspects of operations.
· Experience with ERP systems and data analytics tools.
· Background in operations management, process improvement, or business analytics.
· Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Experience:
· Experience in manufacturing or physical production processes.
· Familiarity with international business operations and expansion strategies.
