Role Overview:
As a DevOps Engineer, you will play a crucial role in optimizing and maintaining our infrastructure and deployment pipelines. You will work closely with development teams to ensure smooth and efficient software delivery, manage cloud environments, and automate processes to improve system scalability and performance. Your expertise in AWS, Kubernetes, microservices, and data engineering will be essential in ensuring our systems are reliable, secure, and performant. You will have the opportunity to work with the latest technologies and make a significant impact on the success of our projects.
 

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain scalable, reliable, and secure infrastructure.
• Manage cloud infrastructure using AWS.
• Implement and maintain container orchestration using Kubernetes.
• Work with microservices architecture and manage their deployment processes.
• Collaborate with development teams to optimize code for continuous integration and deployment.
• Use GitHub for version control and collaboration on a codebase.
• Apply data engineering principles to manage and process large datasets.
• Ensure smooth automation of pipelines, monitoring, and deployments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across production and development environments.
• Support and optimize Node.js-based applications in a microservices environment.
   

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in DevOps engineering.
• Strong experience with AWS services.
• Expertise in Kubernetes and container orchestration.
• Solid understanding of microservices architecture.
• Proficiency in using GitHub for version control and collaboration.
• Hands-on experience with data engineering practices (data pipelines, processing, storage, etc.).
• Experience with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with Node.js applications, including deployment, monitoring, and performance optimization.
• Ability to work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with additional cloud platforms.
• Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation).
• Knowledge of automation and scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash).
