Requirements:
โ 3+ years experience in IT recruitment
โ Excellent communication and negotiation skills
โ An expert level of knowledge in all full lifecycle recruiting components including, but not limited to, sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing , job analysis, and relationship management
โ Strong background in active recruitment
โ Able to handle multitasking effectively

Responsibilities:
โ Collaborate and consult with the businesses to identify job requirements and develop effective the position profiles and candidate specs that most effectively market the opportunity

โ Headhunt and close senior and/or executive level candidates
