Project Manager (with Polish)

Responsibilities:
— Maintain a unified reporting system and database for SMART business’s project activities. 
— Monitor the execution of tasks and plans, ensuring adherence to contractual terms. 
— Manage deadlines, identify issues, conduct negotiations, and escalate when necessary. 
— Monitor and ensure compliance with project management standards and contractual obligations. 
— Keep minutes of meetings and working sessions, and coordinate meeting schedules. 
— Audit project activities (review project documentation, prepare audit reports, and perform follow-up audits).

What We Expect from You:

• Minimum of 5+ years of proven experience in IT project management, with a track record of successfully delivering complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
• Outstanding documentation, communication, and facilitation skills, essential for driving project success and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams in a dynamic IT environment.
• Advanced English language proficiency to ensure clear and effective communication in global projects.
• Fluency in Polish (B2+ or C1 level and above) to enable seamless interaction with local stakeholders and regional teams.
• Extensive expertise in Microsoft Project and other project management tools, ensuring efficient planning, tracking, and execution of IT projects.
• Exceptional analytical skills, demonstrated by the ability to evaluate and interpret complex technical and business data for strategic, data-driven decision-making.
• Superior problem-solving capabilities, with meticulous attention to detail and a proactive approach to risk management and issue resolution.
• Demonstrated leadership, initiative, and self-motivation, coupled with a commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment while consistently meeting tight deadlines.

Experience That Will Benefit You in This Role:
