Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities
Inbound Sales Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture inbound leads from multiple channels (website, email, LinkedIn, referrals, marketplaces like Clutch, etc.).
- Qualify incoming leads to identify high-potential opportunities.
- Conduct discovery calls to understand prospects' business needs and challenges.
- Present and position SliceIQ's services effectively to address client pain points.
Drive inbound deals through the sales pipeline, ensuring a structured and effective follow-up process.
Outbound Sales Responsibilities
- Develop and execute outbound sales strategies to generate new business opportunities.
- Conduct targeted outreach via LinkedIn, email, and networking events.
- Identify and engage decision-makers in potential client companies.
- Research market trends, competitors, and potential customer needs to tailor outreach approaches.
Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders to create future sales opportunities.
General Sales Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a structured sales pipeline using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with marketing to align sales messaging and lead generation efforts.
- Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure a smooth handover to the delivery team.
- Track and report key sales metrics to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in IT consulting sales.
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in IT sales, business development, or account management, preferably in IT outsourcing, consulting, or SaaS.
- Proven track record of successfully managing both inbound and outbound sales pipelines.
- Strong understanding of IT services such as cloud computing (AWS), big data, AI/ML, and software development outsourcing.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (C1 level), additional languages are a plus.
- Experience using CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) to track and manage sales activities.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with internal teams (marketing, tech, operations).
- Strong problem-solving skills and a consultative sales approach to understanding and addressing customer pain points.
