Cloud Backend Engineer(Python/Go) Offline

Responsibilities:

• Stream Processing Improvement: Enhance the system’s ability to scale up in the number and depth of video stream processing to handle high-volume, real-time data from drones.
• Data Extraction: Develop efficient methods for extracting diverse types of data (e.g., images, coordinates, metadata) from drone video streams to enable advanced analytics.
• Efficiency Optimization: Implement strategies to improve the efficiency and performance of data processing workflows, optimizing both speed and cost.
• Map Assembly: Design and build systems that transform processed data into accurate, actionable maps for use in various applications (e.g., navigation, terrain analysis, etc.).

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Programming Skills: Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or Go with a focus on backend development.
• Data Processing Skills: Strong hands-on experience working with large-scale data pipelines, data extraction workflows, and data management practices.
• Cloud Technologies: Proficiency in cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, GCP, or similar, with experience in cloud architecture and services.
• System Design: Strong understanding of designing scalable, distributed systems for processing and storing large volumes of data.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

• Machine Learning Techniques: Familiarity with machine learning techniques, including deep learning, and computer vision applications (e.g., object detection, image segmentation).
• GPU Utilization: Experience with GPU programming and optimization for ML model inference and other compute-intensive tasks.
• Geospatial Analysis: Experience with geospatial data analysis and working with geospatial software tools or libraries (e.g., GIS, geospatial data formats).
• MLOps Practices: Understanding of MLOps frameworks and practices for model deployment, monitoring, and scalability in production environments.
