Front-end Creative Developer Offline

Lynksen specializes in creating stunning, contemporary digital solutions for global clients. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Front-end Creative Developer to join our team. Your role will involve creating user-centered front-end interfaces for websites and designing captivating "wow-effect" web experiences, collaborating closely with our UI/UX design teams.
 
⚫️ Requirements:
 
🐾 Strong expertise in creating dynamic, interactive animations using GSAP, Framer Motion, or Lottie; 
🐾 Excellent skills in pixel-perfect responsive layout development with a sharp eye for design details; 
🐾 Deep knowledge of React.js and state management tools such as Redux or Zustand; 
🐾 Experience working with TypeScript; 
🐾 Strong understanding of modern JavaScript (ES6+), industry standards, and best practices; 
🐾 Hands-on experience with WebGL (Three.js, Babylon.js) for creating interactive 3D experiences; 
🐾 Proficiency in working with alternative creative libraries and frameworks.
🐾 Upper-intermediate English level (B2); 
🐾 Strong problem-solving skills, reliability, and communication skills; 
🐾 Passion for pushing creative and technical boundaries.
 
⚫️ Responsibilities: 

🐾 Develop immersive, animated, and interactive web experiences (from Figma to React code); 
🐾 Implement complex UI/UX interactions with a focus on performance and creativity;
🐾 Work closely with designers, motion designers, and 3D artists to bring innovative concepts to life; 
🐾 Integrate APIs into the front-end while ensuring smooth user interactions;
🐾 Conduct proactive research and suggest cutting-edge solutions; 
🐾 Provide technical advisory, both internally and externally, on best practices for creative development.
 
⚫️ Nice to have:
 
🐾 Experience in WebAR/WebVR development; 
🐾 Familiarity with shaders and creative coding (p5.js, GLSL); 
🐾 Understanding of procedural graphics and generative art; 
🐾 Experience working with CMS or headless CMS solutions; 
🐾 Knowledge of Blender or other 3D modeling tools for web asset optimization.
