Job Description

As a Cold Calling Representative, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base by making outbound calls to potential customers. Your primary focus will be to introduce our products and services, identify leads, and schedule appointments for our sales team.

 

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Outbound Calling: Make a high volume of calls to potential clients using pre-prepared lists.
  • Lead Qualification: Identify and qualify leads by understanding client needs and aligning them with our solutions.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Arrange meetings for the sales team with qualified prospects.
  • Client Engagement: Build rapport with potential clients, address objections, and provide information about our offerings.
  • CRM Management: Accurately document interactions and maintain updated client records in our CRM system.
  • Performance Metrics: Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead generation targets.

 

 

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or a similar role.
  • Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Resilience in handling objections and maintaining motivation.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and basic computer applications.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent (additional qualifications in sales or marketing are advantageous).

 

 

Work Hours

  • Operating hours for the US market: 3 PM to 1 AM (Ukraine time).
