Affiliate Marketing Manager

A successful digital marketing company is looking for an Affiliate Marketing Manager who is willing to relocate to Cyprus to work as part of the team.

Key responsibilities:

• To Exceed monthly, quarterly and annual goals for revenue and growth of the company
• To Develop relationships with company’s relevant affiliates
• To Analyze affiliates stats such as: CPL and CPA rate, EPC, lead quality and ROI etc.
• Research, identify, recruit and prioritize potential business deals — ultimately negotiating favorable terms as well as long-term relationships
• Monitor affiliate activity, analyze performance, identify areas of improvement, and recommend ways to increase affiliate-generated revenues.
• Maintain high level of communication with affiliates, recommend new campaigns for affiliates and provide performance optimization feedback
• Manage revisions and billing issues, working with Finance as necessary to resolve any discrepancies and settle monthly invoicing
• Coordinating the contract terms with customers and partners
• Taking part in preparation the proposal, agreement, contract, preparation all necessary documents
• Handling leads reports and push requests · Working in accordance to direct manager expectations and guidelines
• Providing all reports and completing tasks in target time as instructed by direct manager

Requirements:

• Advanced English oral and written
• Ability to work in a team
• Must be able to work under pressure
• High energy work ethic
• High soft skills
• Webmaster media buying experience is a plus

Key Skills/Experience:

• 1+ year experience in affiliate marketing Gambling, betting, nutra, crypto dating vertical
• Strong sales and account management skills
• Advanced social skills
• High communications skills
• Ability to communicate with multiple people at same time
• Advanced typing and chatting skills CPA — CPL — CPI — network.
