Full Stack Developer

We are looking for a passionate Full Stack Developer for our client to join the team.

Team's agendas:

• MyPlatform - The fullstack platform that is being used by our customers to view reports, listen to calls, and many more planned developments, such as the upload patients page we discussed. Frontend and Backend.
• Admin Tool - The tool that is being used by the CS and other internal teams. This tool is crucial to our success. Next developments: Questionnaire new builder and editor, campaign management, and many more.  Frontend and Backend.

• Overall compliance implementation within our system (mostly backend work).
   

  About You

  You are a developer who cares about the product and wants end-to-end involvement in the development process from design through coding and testing and all the way to production. You are passionate about creating impact and have the ability to make things happen.

  You are a full-stack developer with 4 years of experience in front-end and about 2 years in back-end. Python is the preferred technology, any other back-end alternative is possible.
  
  Tech stack:
  FE: React, Javascript, HTML, CSS
  BE: Python (preferably a little)
         а. API, Flask, Fast API, ASYNC.IO
  DB: MySQL, Postgres over AWS RDS Aurora
         а. Redis, or similar frameworks – Advantage
  Cloud: AWS ECS, S3, EC2, Lambdas, StepFunctions and more
  DevOps: Experience in CI/CD processes with tools like Github Actions, Gitlab, Jenkins.
         а. Microservices, Docker, Kubernetes

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent
• 4 or more years of experience in software development
• 4 or more years of experience with front-end frameworks  – Advantage for React
• 2 years of proven experience with backend development using Python.
• 2 years of experience in applications utilizing relational databases as part of the overall application architecture (MySQL or Postgres)

• 2 years of experience designing and defining architecture, including writing design reviews, and test plans as part of launching software products

   

• Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in CI/CD processes with tools like Github Actions, Gitlab, Jenkins.
• Experience with Cloud (AWS advantage) – working with ECS, EC2, Lambdas, and more
• Experience with Redis, or similar frameworks – Advantage
• Web development – API, Flask, Fast API, ASYNC.IO

• Experience with Microservices, Docker, Kubernetes

   

Workflow & Culture:

• We have a daily at 10:00 am
• We have once a week a design review session for the whole R&D.
• Feature owners will need to prepare a technical design and present it in the design review session.
• Any feature that is marked as "high risk" for deploying to production, the feature owner (developer) will perform a risk assessment session and follow a template we have for that.
• The Full Stack developers will report to Tom B, one of our team leads.
• The Full Stack agendas and priorities will be managed by the team lead.
• We'll work on giving the developers the challenge and work closely with them on personal development - like any other developer in the team.

Our pipeline consists of three steps:

1. HR interview
2. Technical interview with our CTO
3. Сlient-side interview with the Team Lead and the VP of RnD
