Head of Sales / Head of Business Development Offline
InsulaLabs is seeking an experienced sales and business development professional to join our team as a Head of Sales. This role is ideal for candidates with a proven track record of closing high-value deals and a passion for driving growth, building strategic relationships, and leading high-performing teams.
▶️ Requirements:
‣ Proven track record of successfully closing high-end average checks
‣ Experience in IT outstaffing and/or outsourcing preferred; candidates with relative experience in a product IT company are welcome
‣ Industry experience in iGaming, gambling, crypto casino, FinTech
‣ Self-motivated with strong leadership and team management skills
‣ Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
‣ Ability to travel frequently for industry events and client meetings in Europe.
‣ Fluent English
▶️ Key Responsibilities:
✅ Strategic Sales
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and revenue targets
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to identify growth opportunities
- Set sales goals, KPI bonuses, and performance benchmarks
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- After delivering first regular results, build and lead the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture
✅ Business Development
- Identify and explore new business opportunities in existing and emerging markets
- Build long-term relationships with strategic partners and key industry stakeholders
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences (attend 5-7 key conferences per year)
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and partnership opportunities
- Develop and present remotely and in-person tailored proposals
- Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to adjust business strategy
✅ Team Management (After successful period and result)
- Oversee recruitment, training, and development of sales team members
- Manage sales budget and allocate resources efficiently
- Ensure the sales team meets targets and KPIs
- Provide guidance, feedback, and coaching to team members
- Conduct regular team meetings to review progress and share updates
✅ Industry Engagement
- Attend main industry-relevant conferences worldwide
- Leverage industry events to build relationships and generate leads
- Stay updated on market trends and new tools for sales and business development
✅ Administrative
- Collaborate with other departments to align strategies
- Monitor sales metrics and provide regular performance reports to the executive team
- CRM management. When appropriate, introduce CRM to monitor leads and deals progression through the sales funnel, analytics, and dashboards and reports.

- Reports directly to the CEO and COO
- Remote and in the field
- Full-time: 8 hours/day, 40 hours/week
