Game Manager to $3500 Offline


We are an innovative iGaming company, established four years ago by a passionate team of professionals. Our company has grown to include over 1000+ talented individuals, and our portfolio features more than 10 successful brands. As we continue to expand our global presence, we are seeking a seasoned Game  Manager to influence and manage our Gaming department, drive strategy, and strengthen relationships with our partners.


What You’ll Do:

  • Develop & Execute a Growth Strategy:
  • Define quarterly, semi-annual, and annual strategic plans for gaming development.
  • Establish systematic workflows with game providers and aggregators.
  • Oversee direct integrations with top 40 gaming providers.
  • Align provider partnerships with the expansion into new GEOs.
  • Conduct strategic meetings with top 20 providers to secure the best conditions and exclusive deals.
  • Optimize Game Provider Relations:
  • Lead contract negotiations and discount agreements with game providers.
  • Secure exclusive tournaments, game placements, and promotional opportunities.
  • Manage the launch of new games, conduct fraud checks, and ensure optimal positioning.
  • Oversee promo planning, lobby optimization, and strategic campaign execution.
  • Analyze & Improve Performance:
  • Generate and analyze key gaming metrics to enhance revenue and player engagement.
  • Monitor provider discounts and promo activities to maximize profitability.
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Loyalty, and Retention teams to drive player engagement.

 

What We Expect from You:

  • 2+ years of experience in the iGaming industry with deep knowledge of game mechanics, providers, and market trends.
  • Strong negotiation experience with game providers and aggregators.
  • Proficiency in English (B2+) for communication with global partners.
  • Strategic mindset—ability to develop long-term growth plans and execute them effectively.
  • Experience in streamers, free spins, and tournament deals is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical skills to track and optimize performance.
