Marketing Manager

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager with a strong background in the tech/software or B2B environment to help us drive brand awareness, develop customer-centric strategies, and position our team as thought leaders in the industry. Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer pain points, and growth opportunities.
  • Develop and refine Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP) and craft tailored Value Propositions (VP).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to perform customer development and gather actionable feedback.
  • Create and oversee content strategies that position our team and company as industry leaders.
  • Manage the development of case studies, articles, demand-generation materials, and LinkedIn posts to build personal brands within our team.
  • Work closely with content writers to ensure all content resonates with the target audience and addresses industry challenges.
  • Assist in planning and executing PR campaigns to enhance brand visibility.
  • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across LinkedIn, Google Search, and email marketing channels.
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance to ensure continuous improvement and ROI optimization.
     

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 2-3 years of proven marketing management experience in a tech/software or B2B environment.
  • Strong expertise in digital marketing, including content marketing, PR, and paid advertising (LinkedIn, Google, Email).
  • Demonstrated experience in market research, customer development, and go-to-market strategy development.
  • Exceptional project management skills with a proven ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical insights into compelling narratives.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in marketing analytics tools and CRM systems.
  • A customer-first mindset with a commitment to understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Experience in building personal branding for professionals in technical or niche industries is a plus.
