Senior Front-End (Shopware) Developer Offline

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Shopware Developer (3-4 years of experience) to join our team and contribute to developing, customizing, and optimizing high-performance e-commerce solutions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Shopware development, including plugin creation, theme customization, and API integrations. Additional technical skills will be a significant advantage. English proficiency (B2 level or higher) is required for effective communication within our international team.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, customize, and maintain Shopware-based e-commerce websites.
• Create and modify Shopware plugins, themes, and templates to meet project requirements.
• Integrate third-party services, APIs, and payment gateways with Shopware.
• Optimize website performance, security, and SEO.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
• Work closely with designers, front-end developers, and business stakeholders to implement new features.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Shopware updates, best practices, and e-commerce trends.

Requirements:
 

• 3-4 years of experience in Shopware development (Shopware 6 experience preferred).
• Strong proficiency in PHP and Symfony framework.
• Knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and Twig templating.
• Experience with MySQL and database optimization.
• Familiarity with Shopware API integrations and RESTful services.
• Experience with Git and version control systems.
• Understanding of e-commerce workflows, payment gateways, and shipping integrations.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

Nice-to-Have Skills:
 

• Experience with other e-commerce platforms like Magento, WooCommerce, or Shopify.
• Familiarity with frontend frameworks such as Vue.js or React.
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Understanding of performance optimization tools (e.g., Redis, Elasticsearch).
• Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
