We are seeking an experienced recruiter capable of filling various IT roles (mostly the senior level) in a timely manner. As a relatively small agency, it is extremely important to us that you share the same values πas the other managers at Echo.

π₯οΈ RESPONSIBILITIES:
β Participate in the full recruitment process, starting from the creation of job vacancies, managing applications, sourcing potential candidates, and coordinating interviews to job offers;
β Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidates in the ATS (PeopleForce);
β Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, providing timely feedback and keeping candidates informed about their application status;
β Collaborate closely with the hiring & sales teams at EchoGlobal, ensuring a seamless and thorough recruitment experience;
β Be a recruitment geek. We are ready to support your learning ambitions.
βοΈ REQUIREMENTS:
β You are a tech-savvy person. It is not about being able to write a code, but more about your passion for gadgets, technologies, software;
β At least 2 years of professional recruiting experience;
β Successful experience of remote work;
β Positive references from previous employers.
π£ ENGLISH LEVEL:
Upper-Intermediate. You will be chatting to international candidates.
