We are currently seeking a skilled professional to join our dynamic team, combining the roles of QA Engineer and Project Manager.

Your Responsibilities

Project Management:

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee IT project execution from start to finish.
• Manage teams of developers, testers, and other stakeholders.
• Serve as the primary point of communication for clients and project stakeholders.
• Define and manage project deadlines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Create and maintain detailed project documentation.
• Analyze risks and develop effective mitigation strategies.
• Participate in technical decision-making, embracing innovative approaches.

Quality Assurance:

• Test products at all stages of development.
• Develop and execute comprehensive test cases and scenarios.
• Maintain detailed testing documentation.
• Collaborate closely with developers and analysts to ensure top-notch product quality.
• Conduct functional, regression, and integration testing, among other types.
• Continuously monitor and optimize testing processes.
• Analyze requirements and define testing strategies.

Your Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience as a Project Manager and/or QA Engineer in IT.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban).
• Experience with project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana) and testing tools (Jira, TestRail).
• Strong analytical skills for requirement analysis and task management.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Understanding of client-server architecture, databases, and SQL.
• Basic knowledge of test automation is a plus.
• Proficiency in English at an Intermediate level or higher.
