Trainee/Junior Recruiter to $400 Offline

We are looking for a talented Trainee/Junior Recruiter to help us attract the best talent to our company. Your main responsibility will be to proactively source, evaluate, and select candidates for various positions.


Requirements:

  • Ability to effectively utilize search platforms and online tools to attract talent.
  • Experience working with candidate sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn, DOU, Djinni, and other online resources.
  • Knowledge of candidate sourcing methods across multiple channels, including LinkedIn.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, with a high level of organization and attention to detail.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively search for candidates through online platforms (LinkedIn, DOU, Djinni, and other resources) for various vacancies.
  • Evaluate candidates' resumes and application forms, conduct initial interviews to determine their suitability for the position.
  • Establish and maintain communication with potential candidates, providing information about the company, vacancies, and answering their questions.
  • Prepare and update the candidate database, document the recruitment process, and maintain other relevant documents.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience at every stage of interaction with the company.
