As we expand rapidly, we’re seeking an ambitious Sales Manager to grow our partner network and attract key clients in the cryptocurrency market.

Responsibilities:
- Searching for clients for payment solutions (lead generation), 
coordinating and holding meetings negotiating;
- Communication with clients through the company's working channels;
- Basic product presentation;
- Onboarding by stages;
- Upselling of additional products;
- After-sales support;
- Participation in thematic events and conferences (online, offline).

Requirements:

- Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management, preferably in fintech, cryptoexchange.

- Experience in launching sales departments and building processes from scratch will be a significant advantage.

- Ability to develop and implement workflows, manuals, and instructions for the team.

- Deep understanding of the crypto exchange and on/off-ramp C2B/B2C market.

- Strong ability to actively generate leads, manage a sales pipeline, and successfully close deals.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to various audiences.

- Experience working across channels popular in the crypto industry: email, LinkedIn, Telegram, Discord, and Twitter.

- High-level proficiency in English (B2+).

Working conditions:

- Work schedule 5/2 from 10-00 to 19-00;
