Product Owner

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager in cloud software or CRM solutions.
• Strong technical background with an understanding of cloud platforms  and CRM systems
• Experience working with Agile methodologies, writing user stories, and managing product backlogs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong written command of English.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, sales, and marketing teams.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.
• Ability to present technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience with AI/ML-driven CRM enhancements or workflow automation is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive the product roadmap for cloud-based CRM and related features, aligning with business goals and customer needs.
• Gather and analyze requirements from stakeholders, including customers, sales teams, and engineering.
• Work closely with developers, UX designers, and architects to ensure scalable and high-quality product development.
• Own the backlog, write clear user stories, and prioritize features based on impact and feasibility.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and data-driven insights to refine product strategy.
• Act as a subject matter expert on CRM integrations, APIs, and cloud-based technologies.
• Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to support product launches and user adoption.
• Monitor KPIs and customer feedback to iterate and improve the product continuously.
• Ensure compliance with security, data privacy, and industry best practices in cloud software development.
