Art Director/Lead
Description:
We are seeking an exceptional Art Director to join our team at Twin Win Games. We are looking for a highly motivated individual who is passionate about creating outstanding visual experiences and has a proven track record of delivering exceptional results.
As an Art Director, you will be responsible for leading a team of Artists and Animators, overseeing multiple projects (4-6 simultaneously), and managing client relationships.
You will be expected to provide creative direction, communicate effectively with clients, and ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in commercial projects with a portfolio demonstrating exceptional skills in Art Direction
- Experience leading teams of Artists and Animators
- Experience in managing multiple projects/teams simultaneously
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with experience in working with international clients
- Fluent in English with an Upper-Intermediate or Advanced level
- Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude
- Familiarity with animation principles and software like Spine is a plus
- Experience in online casino/gaming is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Lead the creative vision for projects, providing direction and feedback to the team
- Manage project timelines, estimates, budgets, and ensure quality control
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and design teams
- Communicate regularly with clients, providing updates and managing expectations
- Mentor and develop junior team members, providing guidance and support
